Children in grades 1-6 are invited to join FBCE for a trip to the Fall Missions Festival for children at Shocco Springs Retreat Center. This is a day trip. We will leave FBCE at 5:30 AM and return at 6:00 PM.

Cost includes transportation, conference/activity fee, breakfast, and lunch.

Exile shows up all over the Bible—from Adam and Eve leaving the garden, to Israel’s captivity in Babylon, to Jesus stepping into our broken world. Being an exile means feeling far from home, far from comfort, and sometimes even far from God. But here’s the truth: even in the middle of the mess, God never leaves His people. Exile isn’t the end—it’s the place where God shapes us, builds hope, and reminds us that our true home is with Him. This year for DNOW we will be walking through 1 Peter diving into the theme of being Exiles.

DNOW stands for "Disciple Now" weekend. This is a time when students join our church family to learn about Jesus for the first time or to grow in His image. Students will enjoy food, offsite recreation events, music, and more, but even more importantly, this weekend allows time for students to focus on Christ as they begin the school year.

This year's DNOW will be held at FBC Enterprise. We will be at the church during the day, recreation tracks in the afternoon, and then students will go home and sleep in their own beds at night.
