We seek to train future pastors and leaders to be sent out to faithfully serve God in local churches. We provide practical experience and mentoring to young men and women called to Christ's church. 

We bring men onto our staff for one year to engage in two lanes of pastor training. The first lane consists of trainees meeting with the senior and associate pastor to walk through a pastor training curriculum. The second lane consists of each trainee serving a designated amount of time under each ministry area of our church: preaching, discipleship, music, senior adults, student ministry, children's ministry, and business administration. Trainees will also have opportunities to preach and teach, observe leadership meetings, and travel with pastors to denominational meetings and conferences. 

In addition to our pastoral training initiative, we offer ministry specific internships. You can spend a season learning and observing from our leaders within one of the areas listed below. These internships are customizable depending upon your season of life and schedule.
